Care Instructions 

All our accessories are handmade and handwoven here in Guatemala and can take up to 5 hours to make just one item. Please bear this in mind as natural dyes may differ slightly and every Ketzali piece is one of a kind. Below are some care instructions for you new Ketzali accessory. Cotton or Rayon

If you have purchased a cotton or rayon accessories you should handwash in cold water when needed. Then make sure you flat dry to make sure the item keeps shape. Try not to wash with any other colors! Color may run slightly. 

Alpaca

If you have purchased a luxury alpaca accessory you should rinse the garment twice in clean, cold water and gently squeeze out the excess water. Be gentle handling it to avoid wrinkles and distortion. Lay the garment between two towels, roll up the towels and set it aside for a few minutes. Place the garment on a dry towel or sweater rack and reshape (do not hang to dry).
